It depends on your boiler. Give its brand and age in the quote form and you'll know the price before any work starts.
Yes. A gas boiler must be serviced at least every 2 years in Brussels, and at least every 3 years in Wallonia (up to 100 kW). Servicing also prevents breakdowns and keeps consumption down.
