Is an error code showing?
Every brand has its own codes: F.28 on Vaillant, F28 on Bulex, EA on Junkers… They tell you what happened: low pressure, an ignition problem, a safety lockout. Look up what your boiler's code means, brand by brand, and give it to us when you call: it saves time.

Emergency rate: a call-out in the evening or on a Saturday costs more than during the day. You get the amount before we start.
Starting prices: you get the exact amount before we start. 6% VAT for homes over 10 years old, 21% otherwise.

Frequently asked questions
My heating has broken down, what should I do?
First check whether the boiler shows a code or a warning light, and check the pressure gauge. You can try a reset, once. If the fault comes back, call us or send a WhatsApp with the boiler brand and the code shown.
Do you come out for urgent breakdowns?
Yes. When your heating breaks down, we do our best to come quickly and get you warm again. Evenings and Saturdays are at the emergency rate: from €180 excl. VAT.
How soon can you come?
Usually within 24 hours of your call, on working days. We always let you know an hour before the technician arrives.
How much does a heating repair cost?
The call-out and diagnosis cost from €125 excl. VAT during the day, and from €180 excl. VAT for emergencies (evenings or Saturdays), for gas and oil boilers alike. The repair itself, parts and labour, is extra: you get the price before we start, no surprises.
What faults can you repair?
Heating that won't start, a boiler that has broken down or locked out, radiators that stay cold, pressure problems, a faulty thermostat, unusual noise, a leak or an error code.
My boiler shows an error code, can you help?
Yes. Write down the code or take a photo, and give it to us when you call: it helps us find the cause faster and prepare the visit.
Can you fix it on the first visit?
Often, yes: our technicians carry spare parts for many brands in their vans. Sometimes the repair needs a specific part to be ordered: we then tell you how long it will take.

Yes. We repair hot water tanks and water heaters, and replace them when they're worn out.
